The flat is situated just off of West Street (the main strip of bars and restaurants in Sheffield) and a 10 minute walk from the main town. A 2 minute walk to the tram stop to take you to Meadowhall Shopping Centre and both universities and all campuses are within walking distance.

The flat is currently occupied by 5 other girls, all 2nd year students who like to party but also enjoy nights in (and studying of course!) so noise is not a problem. There are also many other friends living in the building so if you want to meet new people, this is an ideal location.

The room is available from the 16th January until July 1st at £85 per week to be paid monthly in advance. This price includes EVERYTHING apart from food and going out.
